Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide. However, some areas overseas are not covered for regulatory reasons in some countries, or for practical difficulties involved in shipping our products there.

Shipping Time

Orders placed online on www.les-petites-serviettes.com are filled every day Monday through Friday, except public holidays. We do our best to process and ship the same day for all orders placed before 5 p.m. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, please check shipping times below.

Delivery times in mainland France

You can opt for:

Standard Delivery by Colissimo.

Deliveries are usually made within 2 working days.

The order is delivered against a signature to the delivery address specified when placing the order. If no-one is home when delivery is attempted, a notice will be left for you to collect your package from the nearest post office. Packages are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If not collected within this time, the products will be returned to us and, after trying to contact you to arrange a new delivery time, if unsuccessful, we will then issue a refund, including shipping costs, within 5 days of receipt of the packaged returned by So Colissimo.

Delivery by Courier

(Option available for Paris and some cities close to Paris)

Deliveries are made within 3 hours for orders placed before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except pubic holidays.

Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be delivered the next day within a 3-hour slot. The 3-hour delivery slots are as follows: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Delivery outside mainland France

Deliveries are usually made between 2 and 8 working days by Colissimo international

Times and delivery costs vary depending on the country of destination and weight of the package.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all orders over 150 € HT.

Below 150 €,  we show you the exact postage costs to be paid once the delivery address and mode of transportation have been selected, before checkout.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery location and the weight and total volume of items ordered, so as to ensure the most accurate price possible.

Courier costs start from € €10.

Colissimo International shipping costs start from €20.
